User Agreement for Photography Services

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for the provision of photography services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) and constitutes a public offer for all individuals wishing to use the services of the photographer (hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer”). By agreeing to a photo shoot, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Photographer — the individual providing photography services.
  • Client — the person booking the photo shoot.
  • Shoot — the entire process: from preparation to delivery of the final materials.
  • Package — the number of edited photos included in the service price.

2. Artistic Style

2.1. The Photographer works exclusively in their unique artistic style. Samples can be found on Instagram and the official website.
2.2. By booking a shoot, the Client agrees to the Photographer’s creative vision and style.
2.3. Client suggestions are welcome but will only be considered if they align with the Photographer’s artistic approach.
2.4. If a gift shoot is transferred to another person, that person must also review the Photographer’s portfolio and style.
2.5. A gift shoot is valid for 2 months from the payment date. The cost is non-refundable.

3. Preparation

3.1. The Photographer helps with styling, location, and concept — within their signature aesthetic.
3.2. Shoot locations vary based on the idea: outdoors, studios, apartments, etc.
3.3. Third-party presence (friends, relatives, etc.) is not recommended during the shoot.
3.4. The Client is responsible for their appearance, outfit, and general readiness. The Photographer is not responsible for lack of preparation.
3.5. Makeup services are not included. Bright makeup must be discussed in advance.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to book the shoot.
4.2. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the shoot.
4.3. The deposit is non-refundable. One rescheduling is allowed at least 3 days before the shoot.
4.4. If the Client is more than 30 minutes late, the shoot is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
4.5. Studio, apartment, or location rentals are fully paid for by the Client and are not included in the package price.

5. Photo Shoot Process

5.1. Shooting time is limited to the selected package. Overtime is billed additionally.
5.2. The shoot may take place outdoors or in a studio suggested by the Photographer. Studio rent is paid separately.
5.3. For shoots outside Kazan, travel, accommodation, per diem, and other related expenses are added to the package price.
5.4. The shoot includes photos only. Video or behind-the-scenes coverage is available for an additional fee.

6. Editing & Delivery

6.1. The turnaround time for final photos is up to 7 calendar days.
6.2. Final photos are stored in the cloud for 3 months, after which they are permanently deleted.
6.3. The Client selects photos for editing, but the Photographer reserves the right to remove unsuccessful shots.
6.4. Raw files are not provided. Preview files are sent in JPEG format and cannot be downloaded.
6.5. Extra photos beyond the package are available for purchase and retouching.
6.6. Editing is done exclusively in the Photographer’s signature style. Requests to alter the style or retouching beyond artistic vision are not accepted.
6.7. Re-editing is available for an additional fee, by prior agreement.

7. Rights to Use

7.1. The Client may use the final photos for personal use only.
7.2. Use for commercial purposes (brands, publications, etc.) without prior agreement is prohibited.
7.3. The Photographer may publish the work in social media and portfolio.
7.4. If the Client does not want the images published, they must notify the Photographer before paying the deposit.

8. Minors

8.1. For shoots involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present.
8.2. Consent is considered given when the shoot is confirmed.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the shoot is rescheduled without penalties.
9.2. Not considered force majeure: financial difficulties, planning errors, normal weather conditions, etc.

This Agreement is effective from the moment of booking and remains in force until all obligations are fulfilled by both parties.
